Day Two, Verona Sands to Blackmans Bay
Launching into much calmer conditions with an overcast sky, we made good progress in the very humid conditions.
Arriving at Gordon we greeted by our support crew and many campers who were fishing from the wharf... our first 'drama' of the event was the lose of a set of keys from said wharf, lucky Ben managed to find the keys after borrowing a snorkel from a friendly camper (who had also very kindly been trying to find the key).
Our first stop was Peppermint Bay, were after some tin rattling and Chris getting his teeth into the "best brownie" he had ever had, the next stop was Snug. The weather took a sudden turn for the worst as we rounded the heads of North-West Bay and so the was basically nobody on the beach. So after a short break the next stop was Blackmans Bay, were we arrived to a good crowd of beach goers, supporters and friends.
