Day Three, Blackmans Bay to Cremorne
Today was the day of our Mass Paddle on the Derwent. The event was a great success with over 70 paddlers taking to the water in support of Ronald McDonald House Hobart and Cerebral Palsy Tasmania.
We were delighted to have Matt Ambrose from SeaFM along as our celebrity paddler. Matt had a great time paddling with us, even though this was the very first time he had ever paddled a kayak – so super effort Matt! Matt also helped out as our event MC and did a good job of drawing the Snow Gum gift vouchers.
Thank you for the generous donations from all those who took part in the Mass Paddle and we hope to see you all back again next year.
